Hi my name is Rachel and welcome to my page.
I’m an accredited Belief Coding® Facilitator, Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Coach and EFT Practitioner. I use a combination of these holistic therapies as well as gentle breathwork and visualisation to help release what no longer serves you. These powerful tools are designed to reconnect you with your body, mind, and spirit, fostering healing, resilience, personal growth and transformation.
I’m also currently training in Breakthrough Breathwork, Reiki and Life Coaching. I’m so excited to add these incredible modalities into my practice soon to support my clients even more.

Belief Coding®
Belief Coding® is a powerful, science-backed healing modality that works on a subconscious level to help you release emotional and mental blocks. This method taps directly into the subconscious to uncover the root causes of negative thoughts, feelings, physical and emotional pain, habits, addictions, behaviours, and limiting beliefs.
Healing past negative experiences, eliminating trapped emotions and allowing profound healing to take place. Through reframing and healing past experiences, we reprogram limiting beliefs, replacing them with empowering and transformational beliefs.
Sessions are available either face to face (in West Sussex) or in the comfort of your own home via zoom.
Sessions last around 2.5 hours.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Tailor made programmes including beautiful meditation practices and mindfulness exercises, gentle breathwork and powerful visualisations. Whether you are just looking for more inner peace and calm, want to regulate the nervous system, be more present, release something that is no longer serving you or manifest the life you desire.
Meditation, mindfulness and breathwork practices have helped me so much over the years, I used to suffer with really bad anxiety, insomnia and was always stuck in my head. Knowing that I now have these tools to change my state, connect to my body and regulate my nervous system have been truly life changing.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a mind-body practice designed to reduce emotional stress and promote healing.
It involves gently tapping on specific acupuncture points (meridian points) whilst verbally acknowledging negative emotions or challenges.
Calming the nervous system, rewiring emotional responses and releasing energy blockages, that have got stuck. Shifting your emotional state and wellbeing.
EFT is used for stress, anxiety, trauma and physical pain.

I’ve always enjoyed skiing with friends, but whilst having a panic attack up a mountain and struggling to get down, every time I thought of skiing it filled me with dread and fear.
