What is Belief Coding® ?

Belief Coding® is a powerful, science-backed healing modality that works on a subconscious level to help you release emotional and mental blocks. This method taps directly into the subconscious to uncover the root causes of negative thoughts, feelings, physical and emotional pain, habits, addictions, behaviours, and limiting beliefs.

Our past experiences and beliefs are stored deep within our subconscious, shaping the way we think, feel, and perceive the world. These beliefs form the foundation of our identity, values, character, and much more—ultimately influencing our behaviour, attitudes, and the way we view ourselves and others.

In Belief Coding®, we focus on healing these past negative experiences, eliminating trapped emotions and triggers, and allowing profound healing to take place. Through reframing and healing past experiences, we reprogram limiting beliefs, replacing them with empowering, and transformational beliefs. This process helps you move forward, aligning with your goals and values to start living your best life.

Belief Coding® incorporates elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix Reimprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology, and Energy Healing to create a comprehensive, holistic approach to healing.

Is it different to therapy?

Belief Coding is not the same as traditional talk therapy.

In Belief Coding® we heal past negative experiences by getting to the root cause and removing the emotional charge. Your subconscious will never take you to what you’re not ready to see or heal. Reframing your past and rewriting your future by coding in new empowering beliefs.

Who can it help?

Anyone and everyone, from kids to adults.

How many sessions will I need?

It really depends on what you want to work on and the complexity. If it’s something like procrastination or fear of flying for example it can usually be removed in one session. If its something more complex like anxiety or depression, more sessions may be needed. Saying that, some people can have a phenomenal shift in just one session, others may have smaller shifts over a few sessions.

Where are the sessions held?

Face to face in West Sussex or via zoom in the comfort of your own home. I’ve worked with clients all the way in Australia and America.
